Prepared with fresh garlic, prawns, chilli, “kuchai” (chinese chives), “taugeh” (bean sprouts), Eggs & white pepper. Simply delicious!!! The traditional method of cooking this fabulous dish is to add cockles to the dish. Cockles are high in protein and rare to find in the local area.
